Upon moving to Charlotte in 2008, LéRae became an active real estate investor in the local market which helped her to gain extensive knowledge of the diverse neighborhoods and areas throughout the city.  She serves the entire Charlotte Metro area and specializes in home buying and selling, investment properties, and luxury homes. Prior to starting her real estate career, LéRae earned a master’s degree in City and Regional Planning from UNC-Chapel Hill and worked as a Planner for the Town of Waxhaw. Working with citizens, developers and elected officials enabled LéRae to hone her customer service, communication and negotiation skills. Now she brings her passion and sharp attention to detail to help buyers in a highly focused search for their new home and to help sellers get the most value for their house.
