Meet Amanda Kupchella

Originally from Asheville, NC, I have lived in Charlotte for over a decade and now call it home. I moved there for the bustling city life, thriving job market, and beautiful neighborhoods. I’ve found my place in the South Park neighborhood where I’ve made deep and lasting relationships with some amazing people and businesses! I loves all this city has to offer: a great music scene, tasty and authentic restaurants, sports, greenways, parks, huge oak trees, all of it! I met my husband in Plaza Midwood, and together we have two wonderful children.

Before getting my real estate license, I fell in love with the beautiful homes in Charlotte. There are so many eclectic and historic neighborhoods with magnificent tree canopies that I knew I wanted to be a part of the magic. Prior to practicing residential real estate, I managed my own rental properties for several years and learned a lot about the industry, investing, and property management. After working for 15+ years in Accounting and IT Project Management, I decided to pivot and begin my own real estate company.

I have a passion for residential real estate and love the joy and satisfaction of finding the perfect home for my clients. First and foremost this job is about helping people and building relationships. Developing deep connections and a passion for helping others is what I love most about being a Realtor.

While I service Charlotte as a whole, I specialize in the East and South sides of the city. One of the things I love mosts about this job is introducing clients to beautiful neighborhoods they never knew existed! I pride myself on being informed on changes in the city, up and coming areas, where to invest, and helping my clients achieve their personal or business goals. Buying or selling a home is a huge decision for anyone, and I am a trusted and knowledgable advisor to all of my clients. I make every decision with integrity and with my clients’ best interests at heart. With a background in project management, I have refined skills at multitasking, communication, professionalism and organization.
